My mom's membership is under mine, and I have proof that I've paid her membership, yet I must pay to transfer her leftover sessions to my account. Because of COVID-19 and other issues, my 72-year-old mother has 25 sessions accrued since I signed her up in 2016. I've been a loyal client since 2010 and survived two fee increases. Now I must pay $250 to transfer them to my 11-year-old account or lose the prepaid sessions because she's unable to use them! Corporate says each clinic is its own entity leaving me to believe that the manager could make concessions for me, but CHOOSES not to

User's recommendation: These franchises have no accountability to Corporate; hopefully, you'll get a clinic with a business conscious manager. Actually, just go to a physical therapist and use their massage program so you can use your health insurance.

As a Massage Therapist through Massage Envy, Thank you 1st of all because it's a cash tip, not on card (we dont have to have taxes taken out) 2nd of all a 10 dollar tip would have been fine! We really dont get paid that whole $52 we get maybe 15%-20% of that.

We do what we do because we love to do it.

Don't let those girls bully you. Theyrevare just a cog in the machine that is massage envy

Not Informed of Closing on day of Reservation

I made an online reservation, drove 30+ miles to my reservation to Massage Envy being closed. I was not informed of them being closed. Very bad customer service.

Still owe me 1 gift certificate

My husband brought me 2 gift cards 2 years in a row before Covid but with my busy schedule I wasnt able to use them. Massage Envy told me it never expires but Covid hit and now I couldnt use it to have someone that close to me. I been calling the corporate number to get both 60 min gift cards and they only sent me 1 telling me they were only able to find one in my name. Im very upset because it was my birthday presents.

January promo - way to value your members

Massage Envy - January promo - way to value your members
Hello, I paid in full for a 12 month membership on Jan 2 and saw the January promo for 3 enhancements and a chemical exfoliation started on Jan 4. I would like that Jan promo added to my membership as well. I tried calling the Massage Envy I signed up at and they said they could not. That is completely unfair and there should be a grace period given i signed up within 2 days. I hope you can rectify this situation in a way that you value your members.

User's recommendation: Wait until the last minute before signing up with Massage Envy. If they don't give me this add-on then always keep in mind they aren't going to put a member experience first.

Vaccine card required

I made appointment 2 weeks ago for a massage at Granada hills. When I get there, they ask for a vaccine card. I said that I dont have one and why wasnt I told about it being required. They said they they left me a message the day before my appointment. I asked what they didnt give me the info two weeks ago when I made my appointment? They had no answer but to say sorry, we left you a message yesterday. I have approximately 12 credits that I need to use by the end of February- if I cant get any services, then I will expect a full credit for my unusable services 661 251-**** Annie Myers

Customer service

We were just turned away from massage envy even though we pre- paid for our visit. the account it was under granted us a free massage (from my father in law) I drove 45 minutes to get here and waited for my appointment. We have already done this before last month and I created a profile last month so this wouldn't be a problem. Worst service I've ever received. Who turns away a paying customer for no reason other than her pride? Call me back. I am currently writing this all up in every social media platform possible.

Took money out my account

I still do NOT have my money back!!!! The store manager said to call corporate and deal with it-I called Corporate and there is no one to talk to u can only leave a message-I then get an email back saying that I need to deal with the store directly-Thedistrict manager has not returned any of my calls-This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! This massage Envy store is located at Beltline and Monfort-It is store #0740-DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!!

Question about an e gift card.

On 12/21/2021 I purchased an e gift certificate for my son-n-law for $50. I sent it to my email because it was a gift. I did not want him to know until we were together on Christmas. The order # was 258****. Now, I'm confused about how he can use it. Please advise. Can he just take the Thank you for Your Purchase receipt with him when he schedules a massage. Thanks for your advice. I realize now I just have just went ahead and put his email on it..............but, I did not.

Money owed to me!!

I went in to freeze my account on December 3rd. They assured me the money would not automatically be deducted from my account on December 17th and automatic payments would not start again until February 2022-They did not freeze my membership so the payment did in fact come out of my account-I went to the store and they said they would fix it and my account would be refunded within 3-5 days-That was on December 17th and it is now December 29th and I still do not have my money!!!! They then give me a number to their corporate office-I call the number and I am unable to reach some to talk to -I can only leave a message-This company has HORRIBLE customer service and I would discourage any one from spending their money at Massage Envy-PISSED!!!
