They fraudulently kept charging my card
I never signed off for their program i went once have my credit card and they kept charging i called several times they claimed they took off my card from automatic charging, but

I would like someone to contact me about my recent visit. The manager was rude and hateful; she spoke to me as if I were a child, and there were other staff members and guests present.
I don't understand why we couldn't resolve the issue like adults. She is a very poor reflection of your company and I hope we can come to a resolution.

Contract dispute
I paid one year service in full and never explained that the contract will keep renew. I still have (6) services I never used from last year was told it will not expire but now they want me to pay a monthly fee. Makes zero sense.

The massage therapist stop in the middle’s of my massage and aaid her a min and than came back and she can’t so it because I have heart failure.
The assist manager didn't find any other accommodations nor show compassion. I feel like the massage therapist had an issue she should've never proceeded. I was really enjoying massage until she just stopped.

Refund my money coral Springs office enroll me without my permission
I went to massage envy in Corals Springs Florida for one day massage and back in October and they have been charging my account 75$ a month something that I did not agree. The guy that did my massage make me very uncomfortable he keep putting his male parts very close to my hand on the table and then offered me to massage my breast. I have been using massage envy for years and I have never had a complaint until I use this location.
I will want a refund on my money.

Do not sign up for massage plans at Massage Envy especially the , Concord, NC location. I used gift cards for my first payments because I saw reviews about continuing to charge credit cards when services were complete.
You are still required to have a credit card on file. After calling to remove my credit card and change to HSA card, they charged the deleted card. Stated some staff members did not have approval to remove the card number from the system. Charging a card that was not authorized to be used is sketchy or illegal?
ME had notes the day I called to delete but did not. Also did not know how to charge the HSA card is the excuse given to me.
Last month, staff charged me an additional fee because my automatic membership payment date was after my massage date. I could not apply that additional fee to my membership fee so the extra 75.00 was paid to them for what when I have a membership. I did not request or receive any additional services.
Managements response was a lot of people get extra massages. They did refund the HSA card but I would not have known about the extra charge without going into my HSA account. Lastly my HSA card expired in January and I did not realize, however ME, only indicated to me that my account was suspended. Meanwhile, they had this extra 75.00 for additional services.
I did get the 75.00 refunded as mentioned before. Furthermore, I was told by a manager that the staff should have asked me if I wanted to pull my payment early. She didn't say, ask me if I wanted to pull my payment early to avoid an additional fee of 75.00. Very sketchy!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Most of the massages that I did receive were great.

Mediocre massages. Overpriced.
Poor management. I gave Massage Envy West Wichita a try because I was away from my husband on his birthday due to a family medical emergency. It was back in April and they were running a Mother's Day special (buy one get one at half price). My husband was so unimpressed by the first one that we almost forgot to use the other one.
But he finally got one just before our Christmas travels. How is it that between the two 60-minute massages plus a brief tension relief session, they have charged $275? Where is the half off? I have tried several times now to reach a manager to straighten this out.
I keep getting told they are unavailable and I will receive a call back. No call yet.
From the other reviews here, it looks like this is their M.O. Avoid!

I was a member at the Lakeway, TX location and they closed, so they transferred my credits over to the Westlake, TX location. I was trying to use them all and they told me I had until the end of the year multiple times.
I just called to make an appointment and they said they have now expired. I was in there a few days ago and asked the same question and not one person said anything. I called and they are now saying they gave me the wrong information and that they are sorry, but nothing can be done.
If this is how people run their business, they are going to lose many customers. I had even thought of renewing my membership, but now I will not.

The reason for that is because ALL of the Massage Envy's are privately owned. You can use your membership at different locations, but the prices will vary.
Your contract stays at the home location where you purchased it and does not travel with you. You agreed to these terms when you signed up for a membership.
