Massage Envy - Cancellation of membership

I felt pressured and rushed into a membership by a very sale-sy girl who in no way described my membership. It was closing time and she rushed through the policy and I feel as If I have been tricked. This is not a good feeling when you want to come get a massage at a welcoming and sincere place.

Massage Envy - I used to work for this company

I used to work here. Worked 5yrs here. Now that i need info on my last year of work. NO ONE FROM THIS PLACE IS WILLING TO HELP ME. I tried calling my former boss and the Cannons nevr answer the phone or return my call. Every review ive seen was awful from customers and now i get why.

Massage Envy - Horrible!

The therapist I have had are incompetent, the “managers” have no power to help. They refused service because I said that one day I would LIKE to have an MRI...the incompetence of this therapist is astonishing...she said oh I feel uncomfortable now

Massage Envy - Unhappy

I paid a $100 and didn’t get a conformation email and the place can not see it in the system. There is no actual customer service to talk too. Message Envy stores can’t give you information on who to call for problems. Then the only number you can find online is to give a survey.
