How do I suspend my account?
One way, that I was unaware of that happened by accident, was that my cc number was changed. My cc number changes ever four months as a way of avoiding fraud. No one from ME contacted me about it. I'm not sure what happens to your credit information, but I found out when I called ME and the front desk said my account was suspended because my card couldn't be charged. I forgot to call them to let them know that my card was updated.
Billing question on April 11 for $65.00.
I was charged on my CC for $65.00. I am unaware of what this charge is for.
I had my account frozen at the time that my local massage envy closed due to the virus.

I've had luck by contacting my cc company and asking them to reverse the charges. Explain to them about the ME account being frozen (so you shouldn't be charged at all) and ME being closed and there shouldn't be a charge. They may ask you to contact ME first. They may not even answer the phone which you can tell your cc company.

Unfortunately, the Massage Envy Faq page does not provide any information regarding overcharges and refunds. However, you may always contact Massage Envy at (480) 366-4100 and ask for assistance.
Please note that every Massage Envy centre is independently owned as part of its international franchise. You may try to reach out to the manager of your location to solve the issue faster.
How can I get a refund and cancel my membership.
Cancel in-person:
- Write a letter requesting the company to end your membership. You should include your full name, phone number, address, and the date when you signed your contract;
- Bring the letter to the nearest Massage Envy facility and hand it over to the front desk staff;
- Ask the staff when you can expect your membership to be terminated and whether you need to pay a fee;
- Ask for documentation that will confirm your cancellation.
Cancel via email:
- Send an email to guestrelations@massageenvy.com and ask the company to end your subscription;
- Include all of your personal details;
- Ask the company to send you a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
Please note that cancellation may come with additional fees. Therefore, you should read your contract carefully to find out this information. You won’t have issues canceling the company’s services only if you fit one of these requirements:
- Move to a place more than 25 miles away from any Massage Envy facility;
- Have a note from a doctor stating that massages aren’t good for your health.

On-line E-gift that was given to me as a gift.
I was given am online e-gift massage for $100 about 4 years ago and I was told it never expires. I finally decided to set an appointment and I was told they could not locate this gift receipt and it could be due to new computer system.
