Massage Envy - Front desk staff

The front desk people are routinely unprofessional. While waiting to go back they were making “collection” calls identying the person by name which I could hear and even calling a person at their place of employment then commenting that they should have enough money given where they work. I commented on how unprofessional they were being and they clearly didn’t appreciate the comment.

Staff turnover, poorly delivered services. I was hurt so badly after one meage I needed to go my doctor to seek relief. I diluted the services so much I left money on the table when I quit.

Poor customer service. Had apt March 26th got there couldnt take us as me an my daughter had 3pm apts. Told us they could do one at 3 one at 4. ok we had event at 5pm. Very nonchalant an my other daughter had apt at 4. ok they cancelled hers an didnt call her. Worse pla e an would refer anyone.
