I was not able to show up because i am sick , the massage envy location people at TIMONIUM location was sooo rude . I was customer since 2013 .

They couldnt refund my money as i couldnt go to session and making rude comments. So many times they call up and say sorry therapist took off or she sick so ur massage is cancelled and we can assist you to reschedule. Cant we customers get sick?? What kind of rule is this .

Are they paying us?? we are paying of our service. They saying get a sick note ?? What are they trying to do??

Crazy ..

This is frustrating. They are very biased and rude being in service business
