My husband had an appointment that he had to cancel at least 6 hours before due to a pet emergency and they made him pay for 50% of the massage. What a policy.

They could have easily filled this appointment as there is a waiting list of people who need appointments. This is why you should support local business owners that are not part of a huge nationwide franchise. They also have hidden charges and are not clear about the prices before you receive service. Never give your credit card to people before an appointment that should be the first red flag!

So disappointing. Terrible business and terrible business policy.
